Our Service
Nambucca Valley Family Day Care has now been operating as a
community-based, non-for-profit childcare service for
20years, offering a local community unique home-based,
quality childcare service.The Nambucca Valley Family Day
Care coordination unit’s role is to work closely with our
carers and parents, to support and promote an essential
relationship that adds ongoing value to them and their
children.
Nambucca Valley Family Day Care has carers in a wide area of
the beautiful Nambucca Valley.

Families
needing Child Care?
If you are a parent interested in quality home-based
childcare, we welcome you to consider our service. We are an
affordable and flexible alternative to long day care,
in-home care or child care centres, providing your child
with care in a nurturing home-based environment.
As a parent you may be entitled to government assistance
with Family Day Care fees, for more information on Child
Care Benefits (CCB) and other benefits please

Our Family Day Care service is under the umbrella of the
Nambucca Children’s Group Inc which holds monthly committee
meetings.
We have 22 registered carers in the Nambucca Valley,
covering Nambucca Heads, Bowraville, Scotts Head, Valla
Beach and Macksville.
